The "Freedom" Campaign
When you are addicted to a substance, it controls you: where you go; who you spend your time with; how you spend your money, etc.
The "Freedom" campaign is designed to make people truly think about what addiction is and how it controls every aspect of your life. The meaning may not be obvious as it is not a straight-forward message delivery such as "Just Say No" or "Don't Do Drugs."
If you are addicted to nicotine, then you have to have a cigarette, or dip, or vape handy. If you are addicted to heroin, you are always worried about where you will get your next fix. Same with meth, or marijuana, or prescription meds, or any other addictive substance.
Simply stated, addiction takes away freedom. Get educated. Not addicted.
